We also represent banks and other lenders, assisting them with loan document preparation and other matters connected to mortgages and other types of loans. We offer title examination and real estate closing services as a fee office for Texas Lone Star Title, LLC.

We’ve negotiated hundreds of pipeline easements throughout West Texas and represent landowners against companies in pipeline condemnation cases. We’re committed to protecting your interests.
Solar Energy and Wind Energy
We represent clients in the cutting edge area of solar energy leasing. Solar leases often effect multiple generations of landowners. Our office can help protect the interests of you and those who come after you through carefully crafted documents. We represent only landowners (not the solar companies) and will guide you through the complex deal making process.
